A Member Update on Coronavirus
While we continue to monitor the changes related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines, I wanted to let you know your Adirondack Regional Federal Credit Union team is doing everything possible to keep our employees and members safe, while delivering the best member experience possible.
What We’re Doing
At this time our lobbies are open and we are welcoming members in for your banking services. We are monitoring and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including taking the steps necessary to continue to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to employees and members.
We have an extensive cleaning procedure in place and all surfaces are sanitized regularly. Our team members are being reminded to ensure their hands are regularly washed and sanitized.
What You Can Do
While masks are not required for vaccinated individuals, we ask that you please wear a mask if you are unvaccinated. As always, we continue to offer easy to use online banking tools for your at-home convenience. Whether you’re paying a bill, depositing a check, checking an account balance, or transferring money using our mobile app, you can process many of these transactions without having to come into a branch.
Our drive-thru windows are available during normal branch hours and can help you keep a safe distance from others. We also offer a 24-hour drop box that can be used for dropping off deposits, checks, and loan applications and our drive-thru ATMs are also available 24/7.
