Dear Members,

On Wednesday, January 6, staff members at our Potsdam branch were potentially exposed to COVID-19. Because our lobbies have been closed except by appointment, no members of the public were exposed.

We want to let you know that we have already taken immediate action to ensure the safety of our staff, members and community. All employees present at the time of potential exposure were sent home, the branch closed early, and the credit union has been cleaned and sanitized.

Our Potsdam staff will abide by county health regulations and quarantine as directed. We will re-open today (January 7) with staff from other branches, though our drive-through hours will be 9 a.m.-4 p.m. until further notice. Our lobby in Potsdam will remain closed.
