Online Banking System Conversion Update
We are on the final stretch of the transition to our new Online Banking system. All current data and history has been migrated from the prior system.
When you login for the first time on the new system, you will need to accept the updated ‘Terms and Conditions’ by checking the box at the bottom of the page. The system will then prompt you for a telephone number. Use your cell/mobile number first. If you do not have a cell/mobile number, simply use your home or work phone number
If you are experiencing issues logging into the new system after 12pm today (March 12th, 2020), please contact your member services team at 518-359-2921 and select option 1.
