Dear Valued Member,
As we transition into fall, I want to take a moment to reflect on the season we’re leaving behind and the meaningful momentum we’ve built together as a credit union.
Auto Loan Rates Are Falling
To kick off the season, we’ve lowered our auto loan rates to help you head into fall with confidence. Whether you're buying, refinancing, or preparing for the months ahead, this is a great time to take advantage of more affordable borrowing options.
Through August, we’ve already helped over 120 members finance their vehicles this year. Behind every loan is a real story, a member getting to work, making memories with family, or simply moving forward. It’s an honor to be part of those journeys.
Summer Highlights that Made an Impact
This summer brought a number of proud moments and opportunities to show our appreciation for you:
We distributed more than 280 discounted Enchanted Forest Water Safari tickets, saving members nearly $3,000 while helping families enjoy one of the season’s best traditions.
We held member appreciation events at each of our three branches, each one focused on celebrating and supporting local, member-owned businesses:
- In Plattsburgh, we partnered with Poutine Plus, a local member-owned favorite.
- In Potsdam, members joined us at the Airport Diner for food, conversation, and community.
- In Tupper Lake, over 60 members enjoyed a round of mini golf at Timberjaxx Pass, on us, as we supported another valued member-owned business.
We also completed a sealcoat on our Tupper Lake branch driveway, a small improvement that reflects our continued investment in our facilities and your experience.
Honoring Veterans and Our Founding Values
As a credit union founded by veterans, it’s a privilege to continue that legacy through the launch of our new Veterans Loan Program. This initiative will provide exclusive financial benefits to those who have served or are currently serving, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing and supporting their contributions.
In addition, we are proud to contribute a $2,000 donation to the Tupper Lake VFW in recognition of the veterans who continue to serve and strengthen our communities.
Looking Ahead
Fall may be a season of change, but one thing that remains constant is our commitment to you. Whether it’s through new lending opportunities, community partnerships, or everyday service, we’re here to help you succeed and thrive.
We’ve got more in store. From member-exclusive programs to seasonal promotions and community events, there’s a lot to look forward to in the months ahead. We’ll continue to share updates through these quarterly letters, and we hope you’ll make it a habit to check in, stay informed, and stay connected with us.
Thank you for your continued trust. We are proud to be your financial partner.
Sincerely,
Basel Farhat

The rest is gravy
Jose Trochez was looking for something more to do with his life. Then almost overnight, he went from delivering food to owning his own place, Poutine Plus. Adirondack Regional FCU helped make it happen.

"It's vitally important that we have the involvement of our community in our museum. We couldn't do it without them. Businesses like the Adirondack Regional Federal Credit Union have given us gifts over the years that have allowed us to offer classes for children and their families."
