Kate Harriman

Kate Harriman began her career with Adirondack Regional FCU as an intern at our Tupper Lake branch the summer 2022. And after graduating from St. Lawrence University in May 2023, she joined us as a financial analyst.

In that position, she handles vital tasks such as reconciling the balance sheet general ledgers, preparing month-end accruals, and learning how to prepare the credit union’s call report, a quarterly document that verifies the institution’s financial health. 

Kate, a Tupper Lake native, says she’s thankful to be able to find a job in her field close to home—and at a place she knows well: Her father, George, has served on Adirondack Regional FCU’s board for more than 20 years.

“My dad is an example for me to follow,” she says. “Hopefully, one day I can be looked up to like him.”
