Dear Member,

There isn't a day that passes where I'm not thankful for what we're able to do for our communities, together.

Whether it's awarding scholarships for college, making sure families get a little extra when they need it, or helping a local business chart a track for success, it always feels good.

We couldn't do any of it without your support. That's the power of a local credit union.

Member Profile: Anthony Quinn

Opening Doors to Affordable Housing
Affordable housing—and the lack of it—is routinely cited as one of the biggest challenges facing the North Country. By joining the Federal Home Loan Bank New York, we’re taking a step to helping even more people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Hunger Doesn't Stop on Weekends
When students leave school at the end of the week, they still need healthy meals. That’s why we worked with ARISE and Tupper Lake Central School District to receive a grant from Adirondack Foundation to launch the Tupper Lake Backpack Program last year

Hometown:
Norwood, N.Y.

What keeps him in the North Country:
Family is the reason I'm still living in the area.

What is your favorite part of the job, so far? My co-workers.

What is something people are surprised to learn about you?
I'm a tattoo artist.

Did you do that professionally?
I tattooed full time for 1 year in Norwood. For the past year I’ve tattooed on the side every Saturday and Sunday. As an artist, it’s very nice getting back into something I enjoyed doing!

You're going on a long trip. What are three things you can't live without?
Water (got to stay hydrated.) Family (I suppose they'd be mad if I didn’t take them, haha.) Wallet (best things in life are free, but money helps.)
