How can we best reach you?

If we ever spot a suspicious debit or charge on your account, you can rest assured that our fraud department will get in touch with you to verify the transaction.

But we need to have your correct contact information in order to reach you, and avert any losses.

If you’ve moved, changed a phone number (maybe you’ve dropped a land line) or switched email addresses, we may be out of the loop. Give us a call and we’ll verify your correct information.

A word of caution: We’ll never call, text or email you seeking personal information. That’s a common tactic used by fraudsters. If you ever get such a request, contact us in person or on the phone so we can review it with you.

NEWS FROM YOUR CREDIT UNION
Furry Friend Us
If you follow us on Facebook, then you know we love posting photos of our members and their furry family. Like Zeke, who wants you to know he understands, and thinks you're doing a really good job at being you.

Pop in with your pet and we'll snap a photo, or simply email us one and we'd be happy to share it.
IRS Reprieve
You may have heard of a new rule requiring payment services such as Venmo, PayPal and Cash App to tell the IRS when users earn income greater than $600.

In a last-minute reprieve, though, the Internal Revenue Service has delayed implementation of that rule. Here's the details.
Member Spotlight: Garrett Kopp
Talk about awkward: When Garrett Kopp met Adirondack Regional FCU CEO Russ Cronin a few years back, somebody asked if he was a member. Well, no, actually, Garrett confessed: After launching his business, Birch Boys, he found the credit union’s electronic banking was missing a few features he needed. So he wound up with a competitor. That's changed. Here's why.
Potsdam Renovations Update
The lobby of our Potsdam branch will be closed at the end of February to accommodate our ongoing, head-to-toe renovation there. You’ll still be able to use our drive-thru window when the branch is closed. If you’ll need in-branch services, call (315) 268-1440 to confirm that we’re open. New lighting, new windows and updated teller windows await when the work is complete.
