Forward Forward

Dear Member,

Over the past year, I think a lot of us have come to realize what’s really important in life. For us at the credit union, professionally, I think that answer has only been reinforced: Our members, and our communities. So when our staff from all three branches participate in our annual Earth Day clean-up activities this week, I think we’ll all be doing it with more than the usual amount of gratitude.

NEWS FROM YOUR CREDIT UNION

We're Growing in Plattsburgh

We're doubling the size of our Plattsburgh branch by renovating and moving to 672 Route 3 (the former home of Kneucraft Fine Jewelry) by the end of June. You’ll still work with the same great staff—just in a much bigger space, and easier access to the drive-thru window. Check it out.

It's Home Buying Season

If you’re looking for a new home, you know the market is hot. Get a jump on the competition with a pre-qualification letter. We’ll let you know how big a mortgage you can afford. And with a pre-qualification letter in hand, sellers know that you’ll likely be able to secure financing.
Get pre-qualified today.

Escrow Now Available

Speaking of home loans. Starting this spring, we're offering members the ability to add escrow accounts with all new mortgages. We’ll calculate how much money you need to spend on taxes and insurance, and add the amount to your monthly mortgage bill. And when the bills come due, we’ll take care of the payments. Learn more.

BANK SHOTS

Kelli Jock is about to mark 5 years at our Plattsburgh branch—the Cadyville native started here in May 2016. The best part about it all? Well, it’s you.

What do you like most about your work?
I love that I have learned so much since I have started and there is always room for growth. I really enjoy dealing with the public every day, and the people I work with make it so much better.

You grew up around here. What keeps you in the area?
I still live locally and don’t picture myself anywhere else because I really like the area and what it has to offer for things to do.

What's something people are surprised to learn about you?
I’ve been a softball pitcher since I was a kid and still love it. I also have a motorcycle and belong to a motorcycle club.

What’s the best advice you've ever gotten?
Treat others the way you want to be treated and be your best at all times.
