Forward Forward

Dear Member,

Summer, we regret to inform you, is drawing to a close—which means school will soon be back in session. Can you help ensure that our students have what they need to do their best in class?

Once again this year, each of our three branches will be collecting supplies for distribution in selected area school districts.

In Tupper Lake, school officials have specifically requested individually packaged drinks, such as bottled water and juice boxes, while in Potsdam and Plattsburgh, members are asked to bring in any school supplies, such as pencils, crayons, markers and more.

Simply bring your donation to your local branch by tomorrow, August 31 and we’ll distribute to area school districts.

Thanks so much for your support of our community schools and kids,

Russ Cronin
President & CEO

NEWS FROM YOUR CREDIT UNION
Log In & Log Out
If you haven’t been to Adirondack Regional FCU’s website lately, check it out—it’s been fully renovated! The new website provides an all-new interface with easy-to-find explanations of all our products and services.

We’re hoping the new site makes it even simpler for you to locate the information you need, whether you’re looking to apply for a loan online or log into your account. (The online banking features you rely on haven’t changed; you’ll use the same ID and password to access those.)

Of course, if you ever need to reach us in person, we’re just a phone call (or branch visit) away.

What do you think of the new site? Send us a note and let us know!
Under Construction
Speaking of fully renovated: In September, our Potsdam branch will get a total makeover. Our drive-through lane will be open, but our lobby will be closed during portions of the work. If you need in-branch services, call (315) 268-1440 to verify they’ll be available. We’re installing new lights and windows, reconfiguring our teller line, and doing much more. It’s an overdue facelift, and we’re excited about it!
"It's Nice to Have A Bank You Enjoy Going Into"

As we celebrate Adirondack Regional FCU’s 75th anniversary, we know: None of it is possible without our members. And some of you have been with us longer than others—like Dorothy Blew, who is the member in longest standing at our Plattsburgh branch. Check out her story.

Coming Up Roses

The flowers that Dorothy Blew received? They came from Cabin Fever Floral & Gifts, in Tupper Lake, and the skilled hand of Annie (Churco) Eldred. Annie is building her own legacy: Cabin Fever has been around for 19 years. But she gives Adirondack Regional FCU credit for giving her the boost that got her off the ground. Learn more about Annie.

Bark in the Park II
For the second year in a row, we co-sponsored the Tri-Lakes Humane Society’s Bark in the Park dog walk in Tupper Lake—and for the second year in a row, dozens of people came out to support this fundraiser for this non-profit, no-kill shelter, enjoying live music by Josh Weiss and food from the Porkbusters BBQ truck. In all, the Aug. 7 event raised just over $1500 for the Humane Society. In addition, 20 pets were tagged with ID microchips, so they can be reunited with their owners in the event they go astray.
